oasis of calm
delicious food clean room
the food was consistently great, from breakfast to dinner. i am already planning a return visit, especially looking forward to the beach club. the room was beautiful and super clean.
i found that some advertised facilities were not yet available. the gym was closed , a bit disappointing. i wish the gym was open .

the hotel staff was friendly. the breakfast had a great selection. it had a wide range of options and high-quality items. they kept all areas of the hotel, including the pools, very clean.
the hotel gym was not open when i expected it to be.

slow staff poor training
I had issues with the restaurant. The staff moved too slow when processing our orders. I waited over an hour for desserts. Getting one scoop of ice cream took twenty minutes. The check out lady needed more training as she couldn't check us out because we left one day early.

heated pool high standard swimming pools lifeguard team
The hotel features four swimming pools. Each morning they were cleaned to a very high standard. I was particularly impressed by the heated smallest pool. The water was a pleasant temperature allowing immediate swimming. The team of lifeguards watching over the pools gave me peace of mind.
the tv channels were almost entirely in spanish, limiting my viewing options during downtime.

the room was spacious. it included a large bath tub. there was a separate walk-in shower cubicle. i also appreciated the two sinks.. it made getting ready in the mornings very easy.

the breakfast offered a great variety. it featured many choices to suit all tastes. the staff took utmost care with my wife's severe nut allergy. they even prepared food separately for her ensuring her safety.

the staff was friendly and helpful. they always seemed ready to assist with any request. their organised effort ensured my girlfriend had an amazing surprise for her birthday. everything went smoothly thanks to their attention.

The room was a great Twin Room Terrace. The breakfast had sea views and was very nice (especially the fresh pastries!).
The hotel is not directly on the sea. Guests must use a shuttle.
